Ingredients
- 1lb regular hamburger beef
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 cans tomato soup
- 2-3 cups water
- 2 cups minute rice (10 servings)
- 3-4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage (cooked)
- grated cheddar cheese (1 block)
Step-by-step Instructions
- Brown hamburger
- Add onions, salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce
- Cook until golden brown, drain excess fat
- Stir in soup, water and rice
- Place cooked cabbage in a casserole dish
- Pour meat mixture over cabbage
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour
